Firstly, please make sure that when trying to use the code you are clicking on the 'Book with discount' button in the promotion email.   

Secondly, check that the booking you are trying to make does meet the criteria shown in the email... 

  • Reached minimum spend
  • Promo not expired
  • Not used promo before
  • Booked in correct currency
  • You have a registered account with trainline

Did you receive this promo email directly from trainline or was it forwarded to you by someone else? Anyone can use it but they must be registered too.
