Check in your Trenitalia Regional Digital Ticket
If you travel on a Trenitalia Regional Train, you will need to check-in prior to boarding. The procedure involves a Check in for each passenger and for each trip.
Please note: Once you have checked in, you will no longer be able to change the ticket
When can I check in?
How can I check in?
- From the app or web, go to the My Tickets section. Then click on Check-in and tickets. Alternatively, from the purchase confirmation e-mail, click on continue in app or continue on web to go directly to the check-in page.
- On the screen that will open, click on Check-in in the lower left corner.
- Select the ticket to be validated and click Next. A message saying Check-in done will appear. Below the barcode you’ll see the indication validated. At this point, the ticket will be valid for travels.
To view your validated ticket on the online page, simply go back to the My Tickets section and click on Check-in and Tickets.
Please note : Your electronic device must be connected to the internet.
