If your train is cancelled and you choose not to travel, the quickest way to claim a refund is through My tickets in the app or My bookings on our website.
If you travelled but were delayed, you can claim compensation directly from the train company. For more information on how to claim, please visit our delay compensation help page.
You can book for up to 9 passengers at a time for travel. If there are more than 9 people in your party, we recommend that you make separate reservations.
