SNCF Disruption

TGV INOUI AND INTERCITES – Train cancelled

Before departure:
You can exchange your ticket for free or claim a fee free refund directly by login to My Bookings, select your booking and click on Exchange or Refund.
If fees apply, please contact us within 90 days.


After departure:
You can claim a fee free refund directly by login to My Bookings, select your booking and click on Refund.
If fees apply, please contact us within 90 days.


TER – Train cancelled
TER does not offer any refund or compensation for cancelled trains as most of the tickets are valid all day. You can take the next available train or if you already are at the station, speak to a member of staff.


OUIGO – Train cancelled

If your OUIGO train is cancelled, the carrier will contact you directly to let you know and you will be able to choose between a fee free exchange or a voucher of your ticket’s value.


You will be able to exchange your ticket or use your voucher directly on OUIGO’s website, in My Bookings section.

TGV INOUI AND INTERCITES – delay

As part of the Travel Guarantee (Garantie Voyage) SNCF offers compensation for delays over 30 minutes, when the delay is attributable to SNCF.

You will need to enter your departure and arrival stations, travel dates and your train number (displayed in your confirmation email or on your tickets e.g. TGV 1234).


TER – delay
TER does not provide any form of compensation for train delays.


OUIGO – Train delayed

If your OUIGO train has been delayed by 60 minutes or more, you may be eligible for compensation. The carrier will send you an email within 4 days of the travel date confirming your delay repay.
