The Trainline Business Service was launched in October 2001 online and via a dedicated call centre operation. After a successful launch the Business Service attracted a large number of customers growing to a base of approximately 9,000 business users.

  2. Multiple fulfilment options - Tickets can be sent by post or collected at a Fast Ticket machine.
  3. Choice of payment options. By credit card or by Statement Account.
  4. Real-time availability and instant journey confirmation - All fares displayed are available and an e-mail confirmation is sent to the user and to the Business Administration Manager.
