My Season ticket isn’t working.
If your Season ticket becomes damaged, illegible or stops working at the barrier you can get it replaced free of charge in just a few easy steps.
- Go to my account
- Go to the ticket in 'My Season tickets' and select 'Replace'
- Fill in, print and return the form to:

In order to replace your Season ticket, we require the original back, so we recommend recorded delivery.
Sticket fulfilment
If your Sticket isn’t working, please get in touch with us directly so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if needed.
You may also be entitled to a refund for any daily tickets purchased while your Season ticket was faulty. Refunds must be requested within 28 days of purchase.
