Our app and website will be temporarily unavailable between 11pm on Wednesday and 6am on Thursday 16th of March, while we’re performing essential updates to our system.
If you’re due to travel during or shortly after this time, don’t worry - your journey won’t be affected. You’ll still be able to get your digital ticket or collection code from the booking confirmation email you received when you booked.
If you can’t find the email, search for email@example.com in your inbox/junk, or log into your Account and go to ‘My Bookings’ > ‘Manage Bookings’ > ‘Resend Booking Email’.

UK Seasons and Flexi tickets - If you’re travelling during this window, you may not be able to access your ticket so might have to buy a new one at the station. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Services team with a photo of the ticket you’ve purchased, and we’ll reimburse the full cost for you.
We do have to occasionally update our system so that it’s the best it can be, and you can continue to rely on us to get you from A to B. We try to make sure it’s as minimally disruptive as possible, but we’re sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
