LNER


Due to travel 8th and 9th May

Whether services are cancelled or not, if you were booked to travel on 8th or 9th May and you decided not to travel then a full refund is available without an admin fee.


Due to travel 10th to 14th May 

f the train is cancelled, tickets will be accepted on another LNER train to the same destination or you can choose to refund.  If customers are unable to travel, their ticket will be accepted any day between 10th and 16th May. Customers must reserve a seat on the new train before travelling.  Seats for walk-on tickets can be reserved online, for Advance Single tickets then please get in touch. 


Refund

  • If your train is cancelled, then full refunds will become available on the date you intended to travel. You should claim a refund via your  online trainline account and see £0 for the admin fee.
  • If your train was not cancelled but you decide not to travel then please complete this online refund request form.

GWR


Due to travel between 8th and 16th May

Easements are in place and your original ticket will be valid to travel on an alternative train between 8th and 16th May. Although GWR are advising that you only travel if your journey is essential, please travel as close as possible to the time on your original ticket, and wherever possible a new seat reservation should be made.  Seats for walk-on tickets can be reserved online, for Advance Single tickets then please get in touch.
