Information about changing an Advance Singe ticket


  • You can make the change anytime within the next 6 months so you don't need to make an immediate decision
  • You can change the ticket more than once  (* apart from those tickets booked before 1st Nov as above)
  • When you decide is the right time to to call then our number is 0333 202 2222 and we're open to between 08:00 and 20:00. 


For all changes the following terms apply -  The difference between the price of your original Advance ticket paid and the cost of the next suitable fare for your journey is payable.  If you change to a train on which a cheaper fare is available, the difference will not be refunded.
