Due to travel on 8th or 9th May?

Your tickets are valid for travel anytime between 10th and 16th May, while alternative routes and ticket easements are in place with other train operators.   You must reserve a seat on the new train. 


Refund

Whether services are cancelled or not, if were boked to travel on 8th or 9th May and you decided not to travel then a full refund is available without an admin fee.

GWR


Due to travel between 8th and 16th May?

Easements are in place and your original ticket will be valid to travel on an alternative train between 8th and 16th May. Although GWR are advising that you only travel if your journey is essential, please travel as close as possible to the time on your original ticket, and wherever possible a new seat reservation should be made.
