You may be eligible for a fee free change of journey (you can rebook at any time within the next 6 months) or refund if your journey was affected by Coronavirus travel restrictions.
Please check your date of travel in the table below against the country and tier for the stations you're travelling to or from, if you booked within the timescale mentioned the corresponding options are available to you.
If your journey is not included normal terms and conditions apply.

Information about changing an Advance Single ticket
- You can make the change anytime within the next 6 months so you don't need to make an immediate decision
- You can change the ticket more than once (* apart from those tickets booked before 1st Nov as above)
- When you decide is the right time to call then our number is 0333 202 2222 and we're open to between 08:00 and 20:00.
For all changes the following terms apply - The difference between the price of your original Advance ticket paid and the cost of the next suitable fare for your journey is payable. If you change to a train on which a cheaper fare is available, the difference will not be refunded.
If none of the above details relate to your booking then normal ticket refund and change terms and conditions apply.
